After the plane made its take off and reached at high altitude, my face against the tiny window and looking over the clouds, my mind wanders on what have just transpired with my mom's recent bout with a heart attack and all the other crippling ailments, her aging and the reality that one day I will end up the same.

The once tireless woman in her younger years who raised 6 children, made sure we're all well fed and well dressed to school, very protective of us and still remain a vibrant lady who laughed heartily, sang along with Connie Francis, Dean Martin and Elvis LP'S (Long Playing Records) playing on her stereo while ironing our clothes, cleaning the house, preparing dinner and her chores - now her mind still sharp and incredible memory but physically disabled on a wheelchair with deformed athritic hands, body collapsing on hi-lo sugar levels, weak heart, daily blood pressure checks, sugar level checks and fed with 30 different kinds of medication, confined only in her bedroom and around the house is a heartbreaking picture.

Makes you think, an ailment can strike you at anytime and turn someone's life upside down and the process of disintegration starts. I know so many, only in their 40's afflicted with chronic deseases, some survived but their lives will never be the same again.

Then while we are still healthy and able, we should take advantage not abuse our bodies but to take care of our health, live and enjoy every minute of it today as what lies ahead for us tomorrow - no one really knows!

Meanwhile let me take a puff! I've gotta stop this shit!

W (Dubya), George W. Bush will be leaving the White House officially on January 20, 2009. He will also leave a healthy and wealthy nation he inherited from Clinton banckrupt and in ruins for the next President to fix the mess he had created. America is left with two wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, a bankcrupt treasury, massive unemployment - a monumental task for the incoming new leader. The no good for nothing kid of the privileged Bush dynasty will leave his legacy as the expert on how to destroy a nation.

W is also the symbol of the Old America, the Texan diction, bullish, arrogant, right wing Christian idealist, big corporate puppet and gunboat diplomacy. The result of the last election perhaps indicate the end of an era of Old America
and old values, the reality that America isn't just Kansas, Texas and Misssissippi. The new generation of America is a pragmatic nation, a more tolerant society of multi-ethnicity of Hispanics, blacks, Asians and Arabs, whom together are all Americans who inspires with the American dream in the land of opportunity.

The ideals of American patriotism, democracy and free enterprise must be held not abused as done by it's last President,
ONE OF the worst leader, the world has ever known- W.

The finish line of the longest election marathon in the planet is just in few days. 20 months of campaigning, 200 presidential debates, 2 milllion TV ADS, $2 billion cost, Americans are suffering from post-traumatic election anxiety disorder.

For most Canadians, Barack Obama is an impressive figure whose victory would send historic message to Americans and the world. The ultra Conservatives and Republicans they see Obama as a left wing, tree-hugging, anti-oil drilling socialist,
who will steal their tax dollars, seize their handguns and declare all gay couples married.

Democrats are excited of Obama's victory but also terrified that votes will be stolen by racism and fraud, or Bush bombing Iran on election day to suspend the process.

Canadians FEAR a possible exodus of Americans to Canada as when American war dodgers in the 60's and 70's as they see Canada as their dream country where gay marriage is legal, medical marijuana is also legal both to relieve athritis and mental health, abortion is also legal-

Actually we've just awarded the highest Canadian Medal of Honour to the father of Canadian pro-abortion, for God's sakes to Dr. Morganteler who has defied Canadian laws before abortion was legal by setting up across Canada his abortion clinics(butcher shops to pro-life). Try to do this in Tennessee!

Sarah Palin is worried that Obama is going to socialize health care and turn the U.S. into a communist country like-Canada. She should know she could also see Canada from her window.

Many Democrats vow to leave the U.S. if Sarah Palin wins and have already been learning to sing the tune of Canada's national antherm altho' have changed the lyrics bit to:
