Isn't it a reaction to the right wing perception of Obama? It's such a ridiculous concept that it's poking fun at the racist and suspicious idiots who ever gave voice to such an idea.
All public figures will be subject to all forms of rude and funny caricatures.
The caricature actually depicts what is being said about Obama, a Muslim heritage, a non saluting flag individual and her outspoken wife, who had gaffed few times critical of the U.S.
I think the story behind the caricature explains that nothing could be further than the truth!
It's typical politics. You don't think his campaign managers didn't wage some things against Hilary that were in pretty bad taste? Oddly his campaign took in increased funding until Hilary was out and then the funding dropped off. The Republicans got what they wanted and now they are going to smear him. It is in bad taste and it's exactly what the Republicans do best.
