She recently was photographed by the famous, number one photographer in the world, Anne LIEBOVITZ for the Vanity Fair photospread. Because of her age, the photo has caused quite a stir in the media and among parents and young fans across the world.

Coming out from an ATM machine booth few weeks ago, walking back to my parked car, noticed a rather normal looking fella watching me from afar, who stopped me as I got closer then he asked me: "Do you know Kato?"

"nouveau riche" of China has increased the demmand for meat products, especially beef, therefore much of wheat is also necessary to feed the cattle farms. The changing pattern of the Western pallettes demanding more rice produce led to the lucrative export of Asia's basic commodity and shortage and higher price beyond the means of its citizens.

The worst consequence of this crisis is political instability and civil wars across the already unstable Third World. Combined with the soaring oil prices and the weakening American dollar, even the West is starting to feel the pain. Global warming is a fact already causing havoc worldwide. Vast acres of Pine Land in Vancouver B.C. has led to death of three quarters of  a Pine forest, due to the deadly beetle bugs that sucked the life of the trees as they have survived the warm winter. Many forests are dying and the cause of major forest fires globally, escalating the Co2 emission that further escalate the climatic imbalance. Unless we take aside greed and enforce some drastic measures regarding Environmental safeguards, fuel efficient cars,alternative source of wind and electric energy, massive world aid and technology for efficient farming in the Third World, our planet is headed for destruction.

Montreal Canadiens beat the Boston Bruins in one of the most perfect hockey games played by any team I have ever seen. In a do or die battle for both teams, the Canadiens was the superior team and buried the stubborn Bruin warriors to a 5-0 humiliation.

You want to feel the hockey epidemic in this city, this is what it was like Monday night inside the Bell Center in Montreal at the opening intro:

And then this sad scene, when few hooligans give the real fans a bad rap.
The mayhem is worst than the 1993 Stanley Cup Montreal victory, when downtown stores were vandalized and looted. And as always, a danger in a crowd, mob scene celebration like this, it takes a few dimwits to escalate trouble into a mayhem, leaving 12 police cars burning, offices, stores and boutiques vandalized and looted. This isn't Detroit or L.A, this is regrettably Montreal.It is a bloody shame and an ugly blot to the beautiful game that the Canadiens have just played inside!

Last Thursday's anticipated wrap up of the best of 7 series against the Bruins, the special police build up in the city for the expected out of control fans celebrating the victory, the premature celebration, did not happen. The reason, the super-rookie Canadian goalie Carey Price made a "bubu', dropping a saved puck in front of the net as you do in the pewees,
easily caught by the hungry Boston bears and turned it into a goal for the Bruins. The guilt and the pressure of that mistake in the major play-off
crushed the confidence of the young goalie and thereafter, you'll shoot anything at him and it will go in, the Bruins scored easily 3 more goals to bury the Habs dream.
Tonight's game is crucial for Price and the team. For Price, will determine
if the kid is ready for the big time and big bucks or he will be forgotten
as just a big hype. By statistics, he's bound to rebound, he was faced with the same situation at World Juniors, he bounced back and bought home the trophy. Same adversity faced him, while playing for Hamilton, again he regain himself to win the tournament. So tonight's game is all eyes on Price, the Canadiens should win.... if the PRICE is right! Good game 7:30 tonight at BOSTON.

With the city gone mad with hockey fever, there are more flags of the Montreal Canadiens on cars , balconies and windows than Canada Day, and at the Bell Center Arena, 21,000 fans roared in deafening applause and scream to welcome their team in its first Stanley Cup playoff game vs. the Boston Bruins. The Habs did not disappoint the fans and make the doubters to believe in this miracle team, the goaltending of the young goalie, whom cynics predicts will buckle under pressure, was simply outstanding and awesome as the whole team dominated the Bruins on the boards, outskated , outshot and crushed them easily. The feared 7'-9" Bruin giant captain was reduced to a goofy clown by the lightning speed of the Canadiens.

The high rated show in U.S and Canada aired tonight breaking all record
viewing ever even surpassing the great American Super Bowl. The Emmy Award winning feature show is the American Idol Gives Back, a fund raising charity against poverty in America and AIDS and other desease in Africa and the third world, which last year raised over 70 million dollars, which was easily surpassed within 30 minutes of the show, including British Prime Minister Brown pledging $200 million dollars in aid.

The 2 1/2h show featured an all star cast celebs in the music and film, featuring among them, Miley Cyrus, Brad Pitt, Teri Hatcher, Bono, Fergie, Ceiline Dion, Witherspoon, Cyrus, Annie Lennox, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Robin Williams, Billy Crystal and Carrie Underwood.

It was good entertainment with the backdrop of humanity! Good job!

The reasons is Carey Price, the 20 year old rookie goalie of the year and the player of the year, Alex Kovalev . Finally, after a disastrous last year with a non cordial relation with the boss, Gen. Manager, Hall of Famer Bob Gainey, their differences seemed to have been ironed out and the great Russian with flowing hair is skating beautifully, calculating and shooting at lightning precision and comandeering the team, at the absence of it's injured captain Koivu, hopefully to the finall duel at the Arena of Champions, the Montreal Bell Centre.

The biggest sensation that turned around this home team is it's young superstar, Carey Price, 6'3", 226 lb, 20 year old rookie goaltender who led the Canadian Juniour Hockey Team to 3 World Cups. A long absence of real superstar since the 1993 Stanley Cup, the once great hockey dynasty and the winningest team in Hockey history, finally may have just have the young boy netminder superstar in the making.
