As I was smoking my cig on a sunny day at -16C, windchill incl. -28, a beautiful day (if you are a penguin!) I was thinking of the now total ban on smokes in this province, including pubs, cafes, restos and even strip joints (poor strippers!!).

And on government buildings and medical health care centers you have to smoke at a distance of about 30 feet from the entrance doors, which perpendicularly is just about the middle of the street!!!!

I was just wondering if that was really planned to get rid of smokers for good as they drain the medicare system with cigarette related deseases?
